At eNaturalMart, we’re dedicated to getting your natural products to you as quickly and safely as possible. We ship our products from Dhaka to anywhere in Bangladesh. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping and delivery process.

Processing Time

• All orders are processed and prepared for shipping within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs. Once an order has been processed, the estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Dhaka City: Orders within Dhaka are typically delivered within 2-3 business days.
• Outside Dhaka: Orders for other parts of Bangladesh are delivered within 3-5 business days.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and can be affected by external factors such as weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen logistical issues.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight and your delivery address. You can view the exact shipping fee before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to the courier’s website. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.

Failed Delivery

If a delivery fails, the courier will make another attempt to deliver your package. If the second attempt also fails, the package will be returned to our warehouse. We will then contact you to arrange for a new delivery or process a refund for the product price, excluding the original shipping cost.
